Northern Germany, over the course of 6 or 8 years, went from no wind power to 25% of their energy from wind alone on a reasonable month, and 50% on the good months.

That's really something to give us hope here in Australia. Our politicians seem to be really dragging their heels on environmental issues, and it's so frustrating.
