Biography:

I live and have lived in New York City in apartments my entire life. I’m now semi-retired, more “retired” than “semi.” I try to live a healthy life, through such things as eating healthy, exercise, and keeping my mind in as healthy a state as possible. I used to think that the meat and potatoes diet was the nutritious one, but am now, I’m convinced that a diet close to a pescatarian one is best. It has finally hit me that cows, through their expelling of methane into the environment are having a major negative impact on our environment, and that we can all easily help ourselves and the planet by cutting down or eliminating the consuming of red meat.

I’m rather apolitical, but am absolutely convinced that global warming exists and am still always beyond belief that there are educated individuals out there including Trump that say it does not exist.
