Next Meeting: To Be Announced
The Planet Thoughts Environmental/Green group meets on a variable schedule, at least once per month, in Second Life. Our meetings are interactive, provide real information, and are also a chance to meet other concerned individuals, to socialize and to share thoughts. Topics have included:
- water resources and their management
- global warming
- peak oil and energy
- effects of over-population
- effective use of information in communication
- and many more, most of them posted on this site (see "Selected Meeting Notes", above)

Scientists, policy experts, and well informed citizens are invited and present factual, interactive talks. Our meetings generally extend beyond the scheduled one hour due to the high enthusiasm level among the participants, but people can come and go during the meeting as their schedules require.
Through greater understanding, we hope to spread accurate and in-depth information that will influence individual, community, and government action as environmental issues continue to grow in importance and visibility.
